I've tried three different hardware store caulks on my skylight. They all failed after the first freeze. Velnexa went on easy with the brush and hasn't let a drop through in six months.

Used this on my bathroom floor tile where the grout was cracking. You can't even see it's there, but the water doesn't seep through anymore. Incredible product.
